By connecting a wallet and buying a ticket on RichieRich, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in games of chance, and it must be legal for you to do so where you live. It's your responsibility to check local laws before buying a ticket.
RichieRich does not require account creation or identity verification. Access is tied entirely to the wallet address you connect. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys — we never ask for either.
Each pool sells exactly 500 tickets at a fixed price ($10, $20, $50, or $100). The instant the 500th ticket is sold, the pool locks and the smart contract runs the draw automatically. Winners are revealed live on screen and paid instantly in USDT — no claims, no manual approval.
Every pool splits 80% of total ticket sales to winners and 20% to the platform. This split is fixed in the smart contract and does not change after a pool starts.
Winner selection is randomized on-chain. Buying more tickets in a pool improves your relative odds but does not guarantee a win. Past results do not influence future draws.
Transactions are executed on-chain and are irreversible once confirmed. Network congestion, gas fees, wallet errors, or sending funds from an unsupported network can result in loss of funds. RichieRich is not responsible for losses caused by user error, third-party wallet software, or blockchain network issues outside our control.
You may not use bots, exploits, or automated scripts to manipulate ticket sales or draws; use the platform if you are legally prohibited from participating in games of chance; or use funds obtained illegally to purchase tickets.
Any tax obligations arising from winnings are solely your responsibility under the laws of your jurisdiction. RichieRich does not withhold or report taxes on your behalf.
RichieRich is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RichieRich and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RichieRich after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
