Connect your wallet (MetaMask)

Your wallet is your account — no passwords. Set up MetaMask once and you're ready on phone and computer.

  1. Step 1
    Install MetaMask
    Phone: get the MetaMask app from the Play Store or App Store. Computer: add the browser extension from metamask.io.
  2. Step 2
    Create your wallet
    Tap Create a new wallet, set a password, and write down the 12-word Secret Recovery Phrase on paper. Keep it private — we will never ask for it, and nobody from support ever should.
  3. Step 3
    Switch to BNB Smart Chain
    In MetaMask open the network menu and add BNB Smart Chain — cheap fees for USDT (BEP20). Add a little BNB for network fees, and the USDT you want to spend.
  4. Step 4
    Log in on RichieRich
    Tap Login Now → MetaMask. On a phone the MetaMask app opens — approve, then come back to this browser. On a computer the extension pops up — approve there.
  5. Step 5
    You're in
    Your wallet address and coin balance show at the top right. Now pick option 2 or 3 below to add coins.

Pay directly & confirm in chat

Send USDT to our address, then paste your transaction hash in the chat assistant — it hands it straight to our payments team.

    Pick a network & copy our address
    Choose the network your USDT is on (below) and copy that address exactly. Sending on the wrong network can lose funds.
  2. Step 2
    Send the payment from your wallet
    In MetaMask (or any wallet/exchange) send USDT to the copied address. Wait until it shows as confirmed.
  3. Step 3
    Copy the transaction hash
    Open the transaction in your wallet and copy its Transaction Hash / TxID — a long code like 0x8f3c…a91d.
  4. Step 4
    Confirm it in the chat
    Open our chat assistant, paste the hash, pick the network and amount — it files your payment straight to the payments team. You can follow it on the Add Coins page.
  5. Step 5
    Coins land in your balance
    Our team checks the payment on the blockchain and credits your coins once it's confirmed. You'll see it on the Add Coins page.
